Booking Conditions
Your credit card will guarantee the booking. This credit card won't be charged at time of booking, except in the following specific cases :
- When the date of validity of the credit card expires before the arrival date at the hotel.
- When the arrival date is superior to 89 days from the booking date.
- If the booking is an offer with prepayement, with no modification and no cancellation allowed.
In these cases, the amount charged as a guarantee corresponds to the total amount of the stay.
In all other cases, you will pay your stay directly at the hotel, at the end of your stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are permitted until 48 hours prior to arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show, the amount corresponding to the first night of the booking will be charged on the credit card given as a guarantee.
